Diva Darling ~Unique with Style~: All about dresses!

I'm back now in KL, enjoying the sun & mouth-watering food. It has been great to meet Diva Darling buyers in person, sharing the thoughts & have girlies chat about style, fashion, etc. Feeling motivated to find interesting story to write in this month collection. My next favourite thing to share, is all about DRESSES. As much as I adore fashionable, classic and unique dresses, I still believe in living and spending moderately to be stunning!

It's always fun to have things in your favourite colour, but when it comes to dresses, it's not quite that simple. Some will take into account on skin tone and eye colour to blend in with the colour of the dress. As a general rule of thumb, I always prefer conservative colours over something like a bright fuschia. More traditional colours look classier and are much more versatile. But hey, don't get me wrong, I love bright colours too, get wacky with your party dresses can be fun!

For those lucky enough to dress comfy everyday, the challenge is how to build a core wardrobe of basics with enough variety to keep it from getting boring. For weekend casual wearers, you face the same challenges of looking pulled together with ease. I keep this in mind all the time -"Buy your casual clothing the same way you would buy career clothes and think about building wardrobes!"

There is probably nothing that looks more classy on a woman than a beautiful dress. For centuries, this garment has been worn during life's most important events. Something about a dress that symbolises beauty like no other.
